We came with my husband to apply for Health insurance. First the woman at the desk told that my husband's healthcare number is not valid. She didn't try to check twice was in a hurry. We called AHS and it appeared to be wrong information. It was mistake for which she didn't even apologize.Then she took our document copies and application. We never got healthcare as they lost our documents during delivery they say. Lost our PERSONAL INFORMATION!! Then we came again to apply and appeared that I'm missing entry stamp in my passport which was mandatory requirement for application. We drove to airport to ask for stamp but they said its too late!! Awful experience!! People from this registration never tried to help us after and suggest what to do and which document to provide to solve the issue!!!

Dryden Insurance & Registeries you are now my go to place. I will make the time to drive to westlock to do my business with your company. I will definetly recommend you to everyone i know. The other town I live close to has nothing on your exceptional service and knowledge. Keep up the great work.

I find it takes a long time to hear back from our broker and simple questions can not be answered, we were quoted way lower by another company and I asked our now broker what they can do about that, still waiting for answers...

I have been a client with Drayden Insurance since 2006 or 2007. They have always been very helpful, informative & friendly. If we have any issues we have our own broker to help us, and if it is an emergency there are other people in the office that are willing to lend a hand! Drayden reviews our policies yearly to make sure that we are getting the best coverage! They also do a great job of educating you on why the coverages are important. I would & do recommend Drayden Insurance to anybody! They are a fantastic group of people who make sure you feel that your home & auto (any insurance or Registries needs) are covered, so that if you have that emergency...you know you are covered!!

I have been a customer of Dryden insurance since they were situated in Legal AB...approx 40 years ago.. I have never considered any other insurance broker at any time in the 40 years I've been with them. There's has never been a need....I already have the best so no need for the rest 😀 Dryden has been awesome...always at my beckon call ....Always very professional, prompt and courteous. I can't imagine anyone regretting being a client of Drayden Insurance ...not ever !! 👍 My broker is Amanda who is just awesome but when not available Diane is ALWAYS more than willing to fill in.....she is an amazing broker as well as a super person.. Luv them all !!!
