It’s open and warm and friendly. They don’t operate out of fear ; locking the door and only letting one person in at a time and all of that nonsense. They helped me with my beautiful healthy 15 cat when she was in big trouble with eye issues and melanoma - they were very open and honest about which Procedures I could skip in order to keep the bill down and reasonable.
I was so thankful for the people that work here in the last few days with my cat. I go to another vet and they don't have a ECG machine but these guys do. They allowed us to get tests done to check my kitties heart. They didn't have to but they said yes. Thank you very much for being part of my baby getting better
Always a great experience. Dr. Langdon always makes sure our questions are answered , and always making sure we leave feeling comfortable. I get better service here then my own doctor. : reception always welcoming and happy to see us. A very welcoming place.
I brought my dog in to get a repair on a wound. Just needed to be stitched buy they charged me $1000 before they would even sedate him! The x rays and other costs were all a complete over exaggeration and not necessary like they made it out to be. After keeping him the entire day running test on him they tell me they can't stitch him up until tomorrow! I would have obviously brought him to a different vet. They do not care for the animal only for the money$ I will never go back!

This was our first visit and now we have a new vet : I couldn’t be happier. She was so compassionate, her kindness and concern definitely won me over . My pups will forever be in good hands if needed: I left feeling so relived knowing I found the right place!!! Everyone working there deserves recognition Absolutely highly recommended:
Just before covid, we had a sick pup who required surgery. We were warned that it could be difficult, but after the first surgery the vet was hopeful. The pup did not recover, and another surgery was attempted. Each time we were told they were performing the procedure for $XX and it was at a great discount. When the bills came in, it was $XX for the surgery, plus $XX for medical supplies, anaesthesia, etc. Our pup passed away after spending a large sum of money to extend his suffering for a week. I understand it is impossible to make the correct decisions every time, and we waited for too long before bringing the pup in. However, I expected better communication and guidance for the amount of money spent.
Took my daughters hedgehog in for a nail trim today. The ladies were so awesome handling the grumpy little guy. We are so appreciative of the work they are doing at this facility. Awesome job!!
This vet is the best , I have brought my 9 yr old chiwahha there to get her teeth done last Nov 2020.they explained everything in detail and let me know my options. As well today I had to take her in to get a lump removed, I'm praying it goes well.. I know my fur baby is in great hands here.. thank you so much
