Hate their communication system. Never recieve a call back. Takes forever to get answers.

Office closes at 4pm M-Thursday. Closed Friday. Office staff called me at work Thursday afternoon regarding paperwork I must sign. Told her I would rush over as soon as I got out of work so I can get the new medicine they are prescribing me. Arrived at 3:48 and door is locked! Guess the 4 day weekend was calling! Called office & fax machine screamed in my ear. They must get a lot of patients complaining so no voice mail option:(

Dr. Shaikh is the most rude and inconsiderate doctor I've ever met. He has no bedside manner. He is very good at making a person feel small and insignificant. He has yet to help with any current issues, and when I tell him of new issues, he says he doesn't want to hear about them until he can figure out the other issues. Absolutely terrible and a waste of time.

Have had nerve pain in hips, legs and feet since my 5th spinal surgery. Don't sleep but a couple of hours each night. Dr. Shaike has helped me with nerve pain and sleeping disorder. What I've found is he will keep digging to find the best solution.
