This place used to be really good and efficient. But over time it has gone downhill. The receptionist now is in incompetent. Constantly putting you on hold because she doesn't know how to answer your questions and just hangs up on you. The wait here is terrible. Walk in on Saturday expect to walk in around 9 and not be seen till 1. Even with an appointment you wait an hour. It used to be so quick and easy here , I dont know what happened but I refuse to come here.

Dr. Siva is an amazing doctor. He is very experienced n caring. However the staff at the reception is absolutely garbage. They seem so unorganised n not knowing what they r doing. Dealing with them is such a pain. Waited for 3 hours to see the doctor, I was so angry but as soon as I talked to the doctor I couldn't get angry anymore. He is such a nice doctor.

He is a very good doctor. Only thing waiting time little longer. of course other places also same. it does not matter. He is really good.

I totally agree with people who comments about waiting time. It's horrible. I book an appointment at 1:30pm and i was there 15 min before my appointment. I was wait 3 hours to get in the room and wait other 45 min to 1 hour. (There are 5 waiting room) I beloved they have enroll more people in this clinic. I am not sure how authorities allowing more people. ( may this click show they have two to three doctors working at the same time) Doctor is good vey friendly and he know what he is doing. No complain on that. Reception staff are very friendly. But they really having hard time to answer patient for the waiting time. I reall got worst sick, stress and frustrated during the waiting time. One hour from the appointment is acceptable ( unless is an emergency ) People stop posting wrong review to mislead the people. Hope authorities will take a look all the complains Thanks

Dr Siva is simply amazing & truly cares about his patients. The best doctor by far!!
