Had the best customer service here. All the staff was super welcoming and kind. It was just a positive atmosphere all around. Chaz was absolutely incredible and even went above and beyond in explaining everything, including how to properly care for your shoes. Thanks so much Chaz for all your help! They were so helpful with getting me set up with a new pair of Winter boots and answered all of our questions! They made sure I was happy with my purchase and let me know that if I changed my mind after trying them on at home, that I could come back to exchange. Very excited about my purchase!

The staff was unbelievable helping me find the right pair and size. I was worried they were going to be a nightmare to break in my new pair, but the staff had great suggestions take out the insole, use conditioning oil. Worked! 2 weeks later and I love my new classics.
