Dr. Luis Riveros Eye Physician & Surgeon

Dr riveros was able to use progressive lens for my cataract surgery. The surgery is free but there is a charge if you want these non regular lenses. Great follow up. Always very busy and it takes months to get an appointment but the Doctor is calm and his examinations are unrushed.

Waiting time was 2 hours for my 86 year old father in law. Terrible!!

Find a doctor who doesn’t overbook. This doctor will spend no more than two minutes with you as you’re just another client to him, appointment got pushed back due to overbooking

The doctor seems to know what he is doing by our initial visit. But dealing with the office staff and knowing they are who I will deal with through out this entire process of making sure the only eyes I have are cared for in the best possible way became a problem. From the initial doctor visit I received more knowledge so I did some research which brought up some general questions. I chose not to use this doctor because of the negative authoritative attitude of one of the office staff, the clerk who seems to be the one who always answers the phone. I called other offices and the staffs answered all the questions intelligently in very good two way conversations. Maybe this woman is professional, but my conversation was with a clerk who apparently was unsure of herself and needed to make an appointment for me to see the doctor again to get simple questions answered. She was tasteless rude and offensive like an under paid clerk and not a professional woman. You lady need to learn, it is not a good policy to simply suggest, if I am not happy with your attitude that the doctor has more customers that are just waiting for a spot.

Dr. Riveros is very professional in what he does. Amazing results after nearly being blind, now I can read all the small print on computer and books. I recommend the Dr. to anyone requiring his service. thank you to the Doctor and Staff for a job well done.

Appt. Was booked and sat in the office for nearly an hour with my hungry 5 year old daughter. Waiting area was packed, no air conditioning. Find another dr. Who doesn't over book

I found the staff are very nice there and Dr.Riveros was very good, no complaints could I find, yes the waiting room was full but lucky for us he takes us in, he is a busy man I would say.

Friendly, thorough, and professional. Have nothing to complain about at all. Take their time to do things right.
