I am very grateful for Dr.B as my son calls him. We have been going to him since my boy was 6 or 7 through so many milestones . He's been with us with love and huge amount of support .

I used the mychart system to notify my Doc Tuesday morning that the antibiotics Rx'd to me for my Pneumonia were not working, I now had stabbing pains in my chest and symptoms were not improving. I attempted to call the office no answer, I was left on hold for a half an hour. I call again on Wednesday and I'm told my doc is out of office and a nurse will get with an affiliate. Dr. Khalil was the affiliate. When a patient sends an URGENT notice for PNEUMONIA that it is not responding to antibiotics and getting worse, you would think the doctor would respond to you during business hours so you can address the issue. Dr. Khalil responded at 7:05 PM... WAY past hours, forcing me to use an urgent clinic and spend a lot more money.. The response was pathetic it said "please follow up with your doctor tomorrow, too difficult to tell what's going on" THAT IS IT!!! Completely incapable of sending a ONCE SENTENCE response during business hours, useless in his response, and doesn't even create an appointment, just go see your reg doc.. WHO ISN'T IN...

My entire family has been with Dr Burhan for many years. Before him, Dr Hansen who suggested Dr Burhan because he knew how we felt, our doctor is part of our family.
