Terrible service - impossible to confirm an appointment as they do not answer calls. 2-3 hour wait, due to abusively overbooked schedule. No regard or respect for the patient's time. If you want to wait less than 2 hours, demand that your appointments be for 5pm or later. Expect more reviews like this, this clinic needs to get its act together. The only reason I rate it 1 star is because I can't post this review without it. It really deserves 0 stars.

Impossible d'avoir un rendez-vous. Aucune réponse téléphonique. N'ai pas réussi en 6 mois à parler à un "humain". Très mauvaise administration.

Ils ne répondent même pas au téléphone, seulement message enregistré disant qu’ils ne prennent plus de nouveau client! VRAIMENT PAS PROFFESIONNEL.
