Dr. Jeffrey Kravitz has been a part of a Wakefield tradition of dental care and comfort since 1990. He attended Stuyvesant High School in NYC. In 1976 he graduated from The City University of New York with honors with a degree in Biology. In his graduate education he attended New York University where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Dr. Kravitz following his 1979 graduation from The NYU College of Dentistry completed a one-year residency at The Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center which is a part of The Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He also has completed hundreds of hours of post graduate courses in sedation dentistry, implantology, oral surgery, cosmetic as well as endodontics and periodontics.
He is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists as well as a Misch Implant Fellow. He belongs to the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Massachusetts Dental Society, East Middlesex Dental Society, and The Eastern Massachusetts Dental Study and Management Group.
On a personal level Dr. Kravitz is an avid runner and continues to participate in events to benefit charities. He has completed four marathons including two Boston Marathons. He has raised funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society concurrent with these events.
