My Dr had left the practice I was going to, at that time she referred me to Dr. Bitters. My previous Dr had said we be a good match. My first appointment with her was like visiting an old friend. She listened to me, helped make a plan of action & has supported me since. She has been welcoming, kind, understanding, & willing to help me when I needed it most. I miss my previous Dr, however, she was spot on saying Dr. Bitters & I would be a good match!
The receptionists were very professional and friendly. Lots of smiles! They checked me in for my appointment and gave me some forms to fill out. I waited for under 5 minutes before being called back by a nurse. She weighed me and led me to the exam room. Dr. Bitters came in shortly after. She is such a ray of sunshine! Always so peppy with a genuine concern for you and your well being. I absolutely love her! I recommend her and West Valley to everyone constantly.
My experience is Dr Bitters is thorough, informative and patient to answer any question or concerns my wife or I have. I never feel like we are rushed through. Obviously Dr Bitters is very busy but she and her whole staff provide a welcoming experience.
Dr. Bitters is always attentive. She hears our concerns and follows through . She had been an amazing doctor throughout my wife’s pregnancy 10 years ago and as our kids primary doctor. We wouldn’t change her .
Dr. Bitters always takes the time to listen to what’s going on. She is compassionate,professional,and thorough. I find that it is hard to find a doctor that looks at you instead of down at their computer. That is one of my favorite things about Dr Bitters she always looks me in the face rather than just looking at her computer. I would recommend her to anyone she is great.
