My review in in detail in this email Good morning Dr. Green team, It is with disappointment that I am writing this email. Attached a few pictures in the email. There are areas in the front of the house closer to the road, where there are lots of weeds and it seems they still look fresh whereas my vegetable gardens were all treated very well with weed control. This is totally unacceptable because this is not the first time. When they sprayed this first time on our vegetables , we thought it was by accident but this is the second time and I am not taking it lightly. We put in a lot of effort ,time and money to grow these fresh vegetables and you guys completely ruined it. I tried my best to locate some fertilizer granules but with no luck, unless the fertilizer used was in liquid form. There are lots of weeds in the backyard too but they still remain even though we are coming close to the end of season. When we pay money a good amount of money to a professional we expect a minimum standard but unfortunately I did not see a bit of it. I managed my yard with less than half the cost in the last 2 years and it was much better looking. Disappointed. This was my first time using their services. The team was reliable, completed all the tasks that I signed up for, and always sent an email to let me know what service had been done. Since this was such a dry, hot year, I really can’t tell how effective their work really was. Still gave 5 stars because I think it would have been a great job anyway.Service: Weed control
Update: The company has recently reached out and apologized for their administrative mistakes and cleared my bill. I have improved my rating slightly as a result. I believe it is worth noting that the company did a decent job keeping my lawn healthy in previous years. Original: I hired this company over the phone for the summer of 2021. I had chosen not to hire them for the summer of 2022 due to a limited disposable income. They showed up anyways. I contacted them immediately via email to informed them of their error and made it clear in no uncertain terms that I did not want their services. They said a spokesperson would call, but never did. They continued to provide their service throughout the summer and is now attempting to charge me for the unrequested service. I have contacted them again regarding their error, and they have since sent more messages requesting payment for the unwanted service. At this point, I am feeling harassed by this company.Services: Grass seeding
Was Absolutely Amazing! We didn’t think our lawn was salvageable, but Dr Green saved us having to replace it with Sod! I Would Recommend Dr Green to everyone irregardless of what stage your law is at! Thank you Dr Green! We will Definitely keep using you Every Year!
