Dr. Elliott Cantor

Dr Cantor is our family physician since almost last 10 years. He is a fantastic and very thorough and attentive. Also, staff in his office is also very supportive.

Dr. Cantor is my family doctor for a quite a few years. Highly professional, polite and caring. I've never waited for more than 15-20 minutes, in comparison with the other office wait time of 2.5 hours I had to visit due to emergency at different city. The receptionists are very responsive and polite.

This is regarding the Dr. and his staff. My experience at his Clinic and with his staff is amazing, both in person or on phone. I had my tests there for me and my wife, and their services were great. We both were surprised to the see the practical experience we have faced versus the previous reviews we have read. Doctor was so polite with a smile on his face all the time, staff was so generous and helpful in guiding me for further steps. Thank you so much for a great service.

Dr. Cantor is a fantastic family physician. Very thorough and attentive. So many comments here about rude front desk staff, but I have never had an issue. They are always pleasant, even during peak times when office is busy. Side note: Really, if you're looking for healthcare providers, you should go in person and form an opinion based on your own experience instead of what some strangers on the internet said.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cantor for years when living in Toronto and find him patient, caring, and knowledgeable. He is someone willing to go out of his way to help and never rushed me during the session. He is a very respectful professional and person. Today I searched on Google and found some poor comments on the phone manner. True that the phone service is not good. But I d make it clear that it is about the receptionist, not the doctor himself.

Such a horrible experience... Please find another Panel physician for your PR medical exam.

I had a very unpleasant experience with dr. Cantor. I called the office and tried to book an appointment, they were very rude and arrogant. I have never experienced such a bad customer service in my life. I understand that they are trying to be organized and plan way ahead but they can still communicate in a professional and kindly manner. They are many good doctors around Toronto but dr. Cantors office is not one of them!

We all depended our health on Dr. Cantor, he is very nice but and usually can get us in without long wait. Great job! Lots of love, from your patient!

I can only agree to previous review. This clinic has the worst manner and service over the phone. I was met with a rude and arrogant attitude. I told og my experience via e-mail, and the staff member could not care less. Apparently Dr. Elliot Cantor do not think of customer service. I approach another doctor in Toronto, and was met with a great attitude and friendly staff. AVOID THIS ONE!

I like Dr. Cantor as a GP. But I find his staff and customer service challenging. Getting through to make appointments, dealing with prescription renewals is tedious. The staff are eager to sell $140 per year preferred customer service upgrade... that doesn't seem to create value.
