Dr. Don Joyce - Family Dentist

Dr Joyce was sosssoo gentle when he worked on my teeth. His front desk ladies were the best. Dr Joyce earned his retirement - relax now you enjoy it

Went to see Dr, Joyce yesterday had the best experience ever was very nervous on arrival but within 10 minutes the staff had me feeling so comfortable. Haven't been to see a dentist in years l would go back there anytime. Dr Joyce was fantastic and his team also cannot wait to go back for my next visit Thanks. Dianna Leger

Update : Was able to talk to office managr and she was very Professional , understanding & friendly. She insured me that there is no tolerance for rude staffing & will be talking to the staff member that was rude. So its your choice if you'd stay with this office or not but I did an up to let you know what's what. Before update : Before I start off I always forgot the lady name that would work at the desk very beautiful person inside and out very friendly and out going and understand now let's get to it. I've been a client for few years now but yesterday ended it with the new staff very rude and disrespectful , I travel from out of town and was 11 mins late and left hom extra early but construction happen so to be rude and say well to bad you can't be seen for being 11 mins late I've been going there for years. welp so dr. don joyce lost a client. Finding staff that is welcoming to the clients is a must and the worse part of it all is that I would recommend people that couldn't find a dentist to Dr don joyce so now I'll be spreading the word that the new staff isn't worth the headache and disrespect. Two and a half hour drive for nothing a waste of gas there and back home with my fillings undone which can be very painful.I filled out a form to get my records and checked the boxe that said release into my possession so now the lady says I don't think we can do that when its clearly a box that says to release into clients possession now the lady says the manager isn't in so I'll have to send it to your e-mail tomorrow and I've still haven't received my records. Note: Dr don joyce himself was a wonderful person with the lady at the desk thats no longer there but the new staff is a no go for me and it sucks cause their going to lose clients because of them.

Friendly people, but had to go elsewhere to solve my issue which was something that should have been taken care of there. My new dentist recognized what was missed and solved it. I could have saved a few months of pain and a tooth had I gone elsewhere. Can't recommend this place.

I’ve been going there for year , regular cleaning . I had to switch to another clinic due to poor care . Sure staff are friendly , but oral care goes a long way. Today at a new clinic , X-rays were taken , proper checks were done , my teeth are great however the hygienist never removed tartar build up from under gum line floss and brushing can’t get this so … please go else where for dentistry . Avoid the issues , especially if you have never had any issues with your teeth before . !

Great place. Great staff. Definitely would recommend this Family dentistry. Always really nice, and some dental staff try to give you their experiences about funny things which I really enjoy those 50 minute timeframe I get my teeth serviced. So again, I would recommend as really friendly and great at what they all do.

Arrived early and was greeted with a smile. My wait for cleaning was very short. Organized and speedy. Great work from the whole team and direct bill which is a huge! Plus

Absolutely fantastic experience. Staff are professional and make you feel comfortable. The dentist is outstanding!! Highly 'recommend!!
