I had a 15 min cleaning on my bottom done and they charged my insurance company for a my yearly cleaning even when we discussed about coming back to finish what I was covered for now I have no cleaning on my top covered
Well I don’t like to review before the work but I am here.nDr Crooks support staff, front desk, the lady that did the preliminary procedures, the money end of it and finally the lady that helps you understand your options and best way to go with insurance knocked the visit right out of the park.nShe explained in detail and had access to all the tests and info at her desk. She also knew the procedures in detail.nI have NEVER been to a dentist that had their staff so on their game EVER!!!!!!nSo I know headed into this what the cost is and options are.n““”I was a walk in because my old dentist’s staff don’t care a failed tooth is cutting the cheek up. Actually they never care scout anything and to get in is 2 months away”””nWill update this after the work is complete.nnUPDATE: 100% satisfied with 3 New gold caps. They are not cheap but were is it they are.nThe Staff with Dr Dan make this the happening place.nHere you don’t have to have 3-4 visits to get the job done. Twice is all it takes and done!!!!!! Thanks to Dan and his staff.
One of my dental implants got loosed and I went to there to have a look. The dentist told me that they needed to do a X-ray and discuss base on the result. I agreed. But after the result came out, he told me there was not a implant specialist, so I had to go to other clinics to find one. Ridiculous! There are many ways to make money, indeed. You can make money by other means instead of doing so. Apart from this, the price is much higher than other dentals, almost 2-3 times. I will not recommend them. Do not go there, believe me.
you don't do direct billing but you'll charge both me and my insurance
Would be better if you didn't have to pay upfront and get reimbursed by your insurance later. Excellent staff and very nice building.
