I got a wisdoms tooth pulled. I was full of anxiety and stress going in there but he was very kind and explained the procedure. They made sure the numbing was in full effect before starting. Numbing was excellent, I didn't feel a thing! Extremely fast and efficient! I would recommend and go back in the future. The nurse was very kind as well and explained all the after care before leaving.
Got my wisdom teeth out and it was a relatively painless experience! I agree he didn't provide much post-care instruction, a couple sheets explaining what I should be doing everyday for the next ~3 weeks would have been very helpful for me. I wasn't sedated, but if you have anxiety, I recommend you do get knocked out. It doesn't hurt, but it feels like a a screwdriver's getting shoved in your mouth for half an hour. If you have questions for them, it's easier to email them since if the team is in the middle of a procedure, no one will answer the phone. Completely understandable though! Overall an okay experience!
Any medical professional who raises their voice to a client - a client asking routine questions regarding a medical procedure about to take place - and feels the need to repeatedly insist “I am a professional!!” is not remotely professional … especially if they follow up that statement with the phrase “I’M the boss here!”
Did not tell us anything for post care or warn us that meds would wear off fast. By time we got more meds from pharmacy my daugther was crying in pain. Took two doses before pain was back under control :
Terrified of dentists, he made me feel very comfortable and unashamed of being scared. Got my tooth pulled a year or two ago and to this day I'm still amazed by what an amazing dentist he is. Highly recommended him for people who are nervous of dentists.
This is clinic with Great primary care from Nurse Practitioners. Super people.
I went there to get my wisdom teeth removed, and he did a great job!
