Today was my first visit with Dr. Pino for myself and my daughter. I must say that his professional attitude and courteous demeanour were amazing. The hygienist did an amazing job with my cleaning and was very cautious of my sensitive areas as I pointed out to her. My 9 year old daughter had a bad experience at her last dentist. Due to that, she didn’t want her developing cavity fixed and wouldn’t let me bring her back. I told her we could try a new dentist to help ease her mind if she wanted. Dr. pino ensured that she was comfortable and made sure she was free of anxiety before he even began. The procedure to fix her cavity was quick and she didn’t even flinch. He spent more time ensuring she had a fun experience over just getting her in and out of the office. If you have children who have anxiety or are afraid of the dentist, I highly recommend you give dr. pino a try!
Dr Robb was excellent in customer service ... client service ... but with Dr Pino the client service has definitely Decreased ... my appts have been deferred to later dates on a regular basis ... "sorry, we need to reschedule the DAY before the APPT" time to reschedule to a new dentist ... : Dr Pino is NOT Dr Robb
