I hadnt been to a dentist in over 20 yrs and from my initial phone conversation with Janet to sitting in the chair the staff made me feel so comfortable. Dr Bickerton  took time to explain and check in with me to make sure I was okay. I actually enjoyed the visit by the end of it.

Called about a broken tooth and Natalie told me it would be March before it could be fixed. I am a current patient there.  But not anymore. Was not impressed with the service I received.
