DQ Grill

This place is by far the slowest service of any fast food restaurant I've ever been to I have routinely waited 15 min+ and they microwave the bugers with the lettuce and everything I've seen them do it several time's and every Burger I've got from there has had the same nasty microwaved lettuce on it. I've also seen employees eating while preparing food when I attempted to contact the owner several times he did not respond they don't have an adult manager so its basically a bunch of unsupervised teenagers running that store every night I have eaten there hundreds of times over the years and I have ton's of experience dealing with them and I think its quite safe to say you'd be better off eating out of subways dumpster then eating here. And I hate subway!

They are great for fast food, there ice cream is outsatanding. There is usually a wait here but they make the meal fast. Love this place. Good for a quick bite.

The food took 25 minutes to come out because there "system went down" I watched at least 14 people leave before they even got there order taken. They only had 3 people working on a Saturday afternoon. I asked for my order to go but it came on a tray. If you are in a hurry this would not be the place to go. The food was good once it came.

Wait 45 minutes for a simple cheeseburger!!! When I was there I don't know how many people got their money back and left. Strongly recommend avoiding that place. Than to top it all off got home had my cheeseburger all screwed up and wrong about the only thing they got right was the fries. Had some 16 year old kid managing the place just down right a huge disappointment!!! Try to call up there they either dont answer the phone or hang up on you. Ask for the owner to notify them and they claim not to know. I'll drive 30 miles to eat before going there any more cause you'll still get your food faster.

It wasn't great. The food wasn't bad but the service was near nonexistent. There were 10 customers there at the stand and only two people working. It took about half an hour but we finally got the food. By the time we got food the people were so unhappy some of them stood in the doorway telling customers as they parked to go to subway or somewhere elce because they weren't getting their food. People were waiting in line just to get their refund. Even the refund line took forever. It was so bad most people just got up and left without the refund. That is my Dairy Queen experience.
