The food and drive thru service was horrible. Took literally 20 mins in the drive through. Food was bad and threw it all out. The ice cream was good, but they can't mess that up. Ok so I just bought food here yesterday since my last review. I bought the grilled chicken bites box for $10.39. Highly disappointed. Took it home and put it on a plate, and couldn't believe that I just paid over ten dollars for what I got. Chicken was tiny, with no flavor and dry. I posted a photo below. Next time I'll go to Raising Canes where I know their chicken tastes great, and I will get my money's worth. I gave this place another chance, but I'm done after this. Take my advice, of it's ice cream you want then it's probably safe to go here. For food though, I highly suggest that you go elsewhere.

You want to wait 30 minutes to get your food with a short line? Come here. You want to go to the door lobby and try to get the attention of someone because they forgot half your order? Come here. You want to wait another 30 minutes to get your order fixed? Come here. Highly advise to check everything before you go. Watching multiple people do the same thing while eating your cold food in the parking lot is fun though.

I ordered at 3:49 PM and now it's 4:35 PM and still waiting for my food not happy. Totally uncalled for this has never happened to me before. I always come to this location. I ordered 3 of the $7 deals, and they gave me someone else's order also. I'm supposed to get 3 large fries, got just one large & 2 small. Eric.

So... I used to work in the fast-food industry. If we ran out of a product, we would have to improvise.. but this? If you're going to use salad mix, at least take out the carrots and cabbage that clearly doesn't belong on my burger. I'm not going to bother calling because clearly management doesn't care to keep their employees up to date on what burgers should have on them or not depending on customer.

Took over 30 minutes to get through thr drive thru. lack of management and employees. Hope this location will flip around as I've been consistently let down.

Update: Recently I have been going through the drive-thru. Service is definitely improved, through the drive-thru.... Customer service is definitely lacking. I watched/heard the person making food be super rude to the cashierAnthony. All the cashier was try do was take care of my order....because I had been waiting for over ten minutes to receive my simple order. That cashier needs to be commended! After waiting forever for my food. At no fault of the cashier, the fries were luke warm. Because the cashier was going through so much and provided customer service with a smile.... I didn't want to bother him.

I gave it two stars because the cashier girl was so polite and helpful. she was running around like a chicken with her head cut off because the place was packed and she was the only cashier and there was one manager running around assisting her making sure everybody got their orders. But it was still a mess we waited 20 minutes for a blizzard and an orange Julius nothing else and it took that long only to have messed up both desserts. I ordered an Oreo blizzard but got a mint Oreo blizzard which I didn’t want an orange Julius was so liquidy it was gross I understood that it was busy and I’ve worked in shops where you never get a second to slow down to just stop doing and going fast fast fast hurry up hurry up but when I was rushing I still made sure the quality was there behind what I was making, these kids just didnt give a damn.

Paid over $60.00 for food and still missing stuff. They missed half of my daughters happy meal and all the sauce that literally comes with all our meals. I don't understand how food can be missed when they have a list of my order on their screens! They should spend less time upselling their blizzards and spend more time paying attention to the orders.

Service was very slow. The drive thru was busy but the inside was not crowded at all. Staff weren't that friendly. Food tasted ok, a little expensive for fast food.

I really like dairy Queen and it's not the food but it's the group of people working here they are so slow. I ordered food at 7:20 p.m. and didn't get it until 7:47 p.m. I wanted to eat in and go home. They got my daughter her ice cream in under 10 minutes but still hadn't gotten my food out before I decided to ask for it to go. If you go here don't expect to get food quickly.
