DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

I can not believe how bad the drive through service was, had to repeat everything at least twice. Then they had us pull to the parking lot to wait for our food. When they came out we saw they forgot an ice cream cone, he wanted us to go through the drive through again to get it so he didn't have to come back out in the rain, the poor snowflake may have melted.. What a joke.

It's a lot better than it was before had to report this place to there main office at the corporate center. The ceiling was falling in and they had duct tape holding it together with plastic bags. I worked at restaurant for a while it's a huge thing in the f.d.a. when comes to things like that. Other than that good ice cream still.

We went through the drive thru ordered 2 a1 meals told us to go around the building waited 10 mins. I went in they basically said they forgot about us and the burgers werent that good. Not a good experience today.

Waited 15 minutes yesterday in line inside only to have all of the drive through served ahead of us. Workers at the counter were very unprofessional and slow. By this time we were next to be served they stopped serving counter customers and only served the drive up.....we turned around and left. Not going back.
