DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

I was the only one at the ordering box and it took them 9 minutes to take my order. Then I pull up to the window and three employees are just sitting there talking with no one waiting inside and didn't even greet me. It took another 6 minutes for them to bring my order, the woman barely made eye contact, and I handed them my card and they said "Oh our card machine isn't working." I had no cash but thank you for having terrible customer service and disappointing my 3 year old. Shape up folks. Very frustrated with that service.

Free WiFi is the best, and they have it! The password is their number, but when I got The Blizzard of the Month, it was supposed to be some sorta brownie blizzard. But they gave me next month's blizzard which is the Oreo Blizzard, I am okay with that, but next month is in 2 more days and could've told me that.

Good food, fast service, but they need more staff. I have not had that problem in the past, so they may just be going through a low time.

Service was pretty slow. Used the drive through and we had some middle School kids working there. I'm all about giving kids opportunities but when it impacts my food I get hangry. I had the chicken bacon sandwich. It was ok for DQ standards.

Good place to stop and get ice cream for the family. Never had any problems with my orders. They are usually quick on serving your meals.
