Stopped in for a late dinner at 8:30 pm, sign on door stated open until 9:00 pm. As we walked in, we were told the fryer was the only thing on, so we could only get fried food. WOW, what an amazing greeting and exceptional customer service- NOT!!! Very disappointed - not deserving of the one star.

It's DQ, pretty hard to mess that up. Food is always good, and fast. Staff is well trained and friendly. Pretty tight in there when it's busy, so I try to avoid peak times.

Customer service is no where to be found there. I ordered a kids cone they tell me they have to charge me for a small but will still only give me a kids cone. As we were sitting there eating the employees were yelling over the top of us at some of their friends that were hanging out in the back of the seating area. Other customers had to walk around looking for someone to take either order. We will never go back.
