Horrible service and extremely slow! Over a half hour in line and only 3 cars ahead of me. People get in line then back up and leave. Great business plan!

Rude Employee!!!! Stopped in and nobody was at the counter so we were looking at the treats in the freezers a few minutes later a gentlemen walks in and the employee tells him there kitchen closed at 8pm. I looked at my phone and its 8:03. I asked her if we were able to get food and she repeated that the kitchen was closed at 8:00. I told her I was in there before 8pm and she said she wasn't up front. Never once appoligized or anything. Guess they don't need the business.

I would definately pass on this DQ. The service is terribly slow and management is unapologetic. There was a sign posted on the drive-through reading "Drive through for convenience, not faster service." They are not kidding! It became a joke after a while - I've never waited so long at a drive through that I just shut the car off before.

Food is good, customer service was horrible and have had to wait 15+ minutes on food when I'm the only one in line.
