DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

They have officially lost my business. I will drive the extra 20 minutes out of my way to go to the one in Rupert. I was just charged $.30 for fry sauce. They charge for every little thing, and the employees act like it's coming out of their pocket. They're always rude and have an attitude, and they can never seem to get my order right. There's been several times I've placed an order online, and still end up waiting over 10 minutes for my food at the restaurant when I arrive, and usually my ice cream is sitting out melting. I'm done.

If you want a high quality experience at DQ don’t go to this one! We were the ONLY ones in the drive through and it took them 10 minutes to give us our food. As we watched four employees just stand there doing nothing. After we finally got it we found that the cheese curds were overcooked to the point there wasn’t even any cheese in them.nnWe went in and they did remake them but in the end they were slow, lazy, and not good at the job they get paid to do.

This Dairy Queen used to be a nice place to eat. However, the QUALITY has gone down so far, I don’t think I’ll ever go back.nI wanted a cookie dough blizzard with caramel on top, but they wouldn’t do it. I was told they could only mix it in but couldn’t put anything on top. Lame!nAnyway, three blizzards were ordered and after about 15 minutes, our order number was called. The blizzards were NOT turned upside down like the advertisement describes. The blizzards were obtained so melted that I don’t think anything would remain in the cup if it was attempted to flip them upside down.n$20 for three melted blizzards. Does that sound appetizing? I don’t think so! Plus the prices are jacked up pretty high for subpar quality.nnGo somewhere else to get better fast food and let this Dairy Queen become obsolete.nnThe drive through is as slow as molasses, customers in front of us requesting replacements. That should have been the sign to run, not walk away!

Worst Dairy Queen!!! Will never go back! I’ve given them multiple shots and they never get it right. Final straw was waiting inside when they were not busy, took 20 minutes to get the blizzard, and it was basically melted by the time they called my number. Absolutely do not recommend visiting this particular location!

I feel like this place gets more expensive, you get less food and I couldn't even get a bag for my food boxs CRAZY ... Im definitely not the type to complain at all but when they don't get your order right, their out of gravy for the chicken strip and they just hand you the boxs of food ???? ... Without drinks 3 orders of 4 piece chicken straps no gravy can you tell I'm sad about that and hardly a handful of frys .... $36 + ... it makes me sad used to be a good restaurant
