DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

It's DQ, how can you go wrong. It's clean, good service, and tasty treats. I have yet to get bad service at this location. It can get a little crazy if it's packed but that is understandable, avoidable, and not an often problem. My kids have a great time, love the food, and the prices are reasonable considering options like McDonald's offer questionable nutrition values.

Blizzard of the month...one truffle. Thanks triple truffle blizzard promo. We bought 3 (and a cone). $17. A bit pricey for vanilla soft serve. When we took it back they were sassy. We were returned vanilla soft serve with a brick of truffles at the bottom. At least we got the chocolate in the end. Although it is not always this bad, we almost always have to take our order back up because they forgot something or didn't get our order right. Its a shame. We are done coming here.

I bought a 6 piece chicken strip basket. Normally I love the service, however they forgot my basket. then there wasn't a full serving of fries and the fries were stale. there was not enough gravy for 4 of the chicken straps and I had 6. I will not be going back to this DQ ever again, and that makes me sad because I love DQ...

Always have bad service, girl was just standing there talking to a friend in drive threw through her head set as she was supposed to be taking orders at the counter. Every time I pay extra for the 6 piece chicken strep basket I end up on getting 4 pieces. Love the food but hate getting bad service and not what I ordered. And overly priced
