A good place to sit, walk, relax and enjoy the flow of city. Lots of events are happening here throughout the year in summer and winter. The most alive part of KW.
Good place for relaxing weeks
Amazing place I am a licensed Driving instructor when my students are ready I take them downtown. There are a lot of new things and traffic rules, which they cannot go through in the everyday driving.
The excessive number of homeless individuals in downtown Kitchener has made walking nearly impossible. The city's LRT project, intended for improvement, has instead ruined the very essence of Kitchener. It's an absolute waste, and I yearn for the Kitchener of old – a place that doesn't feel overrun and disrupted by misguided urban projects.
Lots of unique restaurants all within walking distance. Don't be overshadowed by the condos, there is still plenty to do
