Unmanaged time schedule. Drivers just keep chatting with their colleagues at the terminal. Everyone has to reach their destination at the certain time and because of them we all get delayed. If they do that there is no use of using public bus services they should close the services if they can’t provide it. One of the bus passed infornt of us even we were standing at the stop he did not even bother to stop for us. What the heck. We are paying for your services if you guys charge money from us please give us the service we deserve otherwise you can just sell all the buses and have a party among your staff for being failed to run the bus services. Barrie transit shame on you guys.
I request barrie terminal to please start buses on sunday early morning as well because students do have their shifts in the morning and its very difficult to manage without buses on these days

Friendly staff and well appointed services. Conveniently located next to the Lake Simcoe's' Downtown milestones. It does need a coffee parlor or something equivalent -inside- for colder days though.
