Friendly staff, great location, nice apartments, reasonable prices for the area

Does no one work here? I paid an application fee $50! and common area fee $100! and never heard back from them. Do NOT apply!!!

Once we turned in an application fee, they stopped responding to all emails and phone calls. Do NOT apply here.

A tawny place just off the green.  In my time, there were some nice shops on the ground level.

It's not the nicest apartment in town, but it's secure, convenient, affordable and the staff is friendly. Would recommend.
