It's been a rainy year so far and we were concerned about  blockage or potential collapse of the foundation drains etc. They came to our home and within 30 minutes did a video inspection of the drains and downspout drains to confirm that there were no issues with the drainage system.
Professional, courteous and nice guys.

During the coldest part of winter my septic system was not working. The professionals from Downs went above and beyond to make sure they got the repairs made. Fair, honest and everyone we dealt with were true professionals.  I would give them more stars if I could. Thank you Downs!

Had a slow kitchen drain because of my older home having a single vent stack. They augered it and now it's running better than ever. Great price, quick & clean service. Will use again if I have any issues.

Great, honest, stand up company. Did a full clean out for us. 45 days later we still had issues so they came out and advised us to call the county. They didn’t charge us and when the county came they said we found a good company to give us the advise to call them.
