Great multi purpose recreation facility with an attached theatre. There is lots of parking and easy access to the facilities. Public washrooms are available. There is a play place for children a gym and and exercise and weight area with a running track. There is also an indoor soccer field. My wife and I did not use any of the amenities but were impressed with the building cleanliness.
Gym is decent, I like the track especially. Food is usually good and there is a booster juice don't recommend their food unfortunately. Shell theater is lacking.
The sign on top of the soccer turf is kind of annoying but true. Because of that sign, I started to exercise again. Lol God gave me a healthy body, I should not take it for granted and I should taking care of it. If one part of my body is not working, there's nothing can exchange it or at least to make it the same as before. I don't want to feel regret. That sign, goes a long way. Lol The seating place is quiet big and we can clearly see the turf. Washroom is clean, huge parking lot, QR code needed, booster juice right infront of the front desk, and there is a toddler play area!!!
Bad staff. If your under 18 not a good place. They will stop you repeatedly to see your band, but if 40 and known to staff can walk around barefoot and drop weights
The Dow Centennial Centre’s name alludes to one of the Fort’s big economic drivers, and has a well rounded gym. The 2nd floor has an oddly shaped track, and most of the generic gym equipment you’d expect to find in a small fitness centre. The main floor has a room that surprised me though, with a spin studio setup, Olympic lifting platform, and a large amount of empty space that can be used for a variety of functional activities. Their drop in rates are some of the lowest I’ve seen, so it’s worth checking out if you’re just passing through.
The Dow Centennial Center is such a great facility, it has many amenities including an indoor track, fitness center, skating rink, gymnasium, indoor playground, and child minding for busy parents, just to name a few. My one and two year old love to play at the Dow, and we have to stop every chance we get! The Dow is also home to the Shell Theater, and the Fort Sask Pottery Guild! So many amazing things to do in such a lovely facility. The staff is always incredibly kind, and informative when asking every question imaginable, and you can even pick up a monthly bus pass when you stop to say Hi at the front desk! The Dow Centennial Center even offers a Booster Juice location inside its building offering great healthy choices no matter what your day brings!
Take my kids for sports ball and also had my son's birthday party there .Super friendly staff and we'll kept building . Yes a pool would be nice but I think it will come eventually.
Typically a great place. But if some form of equipment breaks down in the gym or the steam room, it takes union amounts of meetings to get them fixed.
I love this place so much: good customer service, also very clean.
Had a wonderful family experience at the Dow Centennial Centre. We went to see Matthew Good recently, for his all ages tour. The seating was comfortable and the atmosphere was intimate and personal. Great stage. Great sound. I'm already looking for the next concert to go to. Would recommend, 10 out of 10.
