A very cool local museum that gives a good history of the area and ancient animals that inhabited the region. Founded in 1969, added on in 1979 and 1989. Good place for kids to see and learn history as well.
Cute little place off the highway to learn a little history.
We live in town. Have a family membership. We go a few times a month. My 6 year old loves it. I also think it's super interesting.

Great little museum. Very interesting facts about the area. The turtle is great. They have interactive displays which my son liked. Its a great place to visit.
So much interesting information. It is kept up and taken are of very well. The employees were all warm and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a fun afternoon!
Neat local museum, natural history part has really impressive taxidermy.
