Doughballs Pizza Palace

Alright so I just ordered 12 wings…. Got like 20! They straight HOOKED it up! Wings were crispy and the sauces were excellent. New go to spot for wings! Appreciate the love Doughballs crew!

The ballydoyle management team that runs this place are liars and terrible people. They fire the cook who gave them all the ideas to try to bring this place back to its original heyday and put his whole heart and soul into that place. And really listened to the customers. They make the guy who people complained about his food the new cook. .

This is the best food in town hands down. Pizza, wings, burritos i recommend you try it all you will not be disapointed even open late so hurry up and get your Doughballs

The pizza is delicious. They made it just the way I asked and the pizza dough was cooked to perfection. Not too gummy or too hard... Just right!

Unfortunately Ballydoyles got rid of the main cook and has Ballydoyles cooks making the food now. Wont be the same. Way to ruin your business!

I have to say over the years its been hit or miss with different cooks.. Its definitely been changed around by Robert. He is amazing!!! A driver, an order taker, and a cook. From beginning to end he's made us feel like family. From calling and placing the order with him, to have him cooking the best food we've ever had From here, and then hand delivering it. I'll only place an order if Robert is taking, making, and delivering. He's truly one of a kind and goes the extra mile. Thanks Robert, Doughballs wouldn't be the same without you!!

I giving them a one star review for the customer service. I talked to a gentleman who when I asked for a sausage and cheese pizza laughed at me and said yes it comes with cheese in a condescending tone. I get that it comes with cheese no need to scoff at me and giggle at my expense. I worked in customer service for 10 years and never would've treated a customer the way he treated me. The pizza at this establishment is amazing and I love when we get to order from here, but between the time it takes to actually get the pizza always over an hour even on weekdays and this guy, I probably will not order from here again. It's a shame because like I said their pizza is good.

Incident happened Friday 2/26/21 around 8-10pm. Very disappointed. Employees neglectful and rude. I loved this place but, the lack of leadership and customer service skills is extremely disappointing. Put in an order through Grub Hub, Doughballs apparently received my order because I was sent a confirmation email and text saying my order was being prepared along with an estimated delivery time. I was also charged for my order and payment went through. So I waited for my order until it didn’t arrive. It was past the estimated delivery time, called Doughballs asking for an ETA. Discovered they didn’t even have my order and it was not ready even though I received an order confirmation and I was obviously upset. On their website they partner with 3 delivery services, one of them being GrubHub. I spoke with Amber who is not a manager but was the person in charge that night, and said they dont have access to their Grub Hub tab even though I received a notification that my order was being prepared. Don’t restaurants have to accept orders from these sites??. She did not know how to handle this situation and kept saying it’s not her fault which hopefully it’s not however, I told her to leave a note for the manager or the owner because it is Doughballs responsibility to manage their partnership with the delivery services stated on their website. Instead of Amber stepping up and being a leader, she hung up on me in the middle of our conversation. She kept claiming she couldn’t do anything about the situation and that is not true. She should’ve let the manager or owner know employees cannot access the GrubHub tab to make orders coming through. Who knows how long this has been going on, or how many people have been charged for their food and never received it because they couldn’t access the appropriate delivery portal. Absolutely appalled by Amber’s behavior and representation for this company bc I will not be ordering or referring this place again.

Absolutely fantastic food! Tastes amazing, but the last 2 times that I've come in they've messed up the order. It's alright for it to happen every now and then but I've only ever come here twice and both times my order got messed up? I don't think that's right
