We have used Doug's Electric on several projects, both at our business and personally. Workers and staff are always well informed and do an outstanding job. Will recommend to others.

As a parts store they always have what I need or can order it quickly. Regarding actual repairs, for 25 years we used them anytime we had an electrical issue. However, in February 2017 I began calling them regarding a problem with an apartment complex fire alarm system no longer receiving enough power to operate, they said it would be a couple of weeks but they would contact us and come look. I had to call them again in approx April when they had not contacted us and we had an issue with some outside lighting and still they were a no show. I called them 5 times between February and July, went into the office once brought them copies of the fire alarm security companies report on the problem with the Alarms and during one phone conversation I was asked to fax in a copy of the report because they could not find the one I had brought in to them. In August the owner of the company started calling them because we needed outside lighting replaced on multiple complexes, as well as the other issues and they continued to state that "it would be several weeks before they would have time to come out" but I shared the owner that they would be in contact as soon as possible. In December I contacted Travis Electric and they came out two days later! I am sorry Doug's Electric but you no longer provide the same standard of care and service that you used to, so you have lost a customer!
