Marion is a credit to this business . Doug is possibly the worst mannered and rude man I have met in many years .He is great at his job ,I have to give him that . I will never use this business again simply because Doug has no empathy or interaction with his customers and is constantly rude

These people know bicycles, and want to make sure that they are selling you the right bike for each individual. The best selection of quality bicycles we've ever seen.

The owner Sold me an used bike at the cost more than that of a new bike of same brand and model.

The owners should be reminded that their business is a referral driven business. Openly rude and profiling customers within earshot will never earn trust from the people that put money in their pocket. I'm glad I witnessed this before buying my family's bikes at their store. These actions display this business's focus is on the bottom line over developing strong and lasting relationships with the customers.
