Double D

I've been here before but just never took the time to write a review with pictures of course. The atmosphere inside is delightful with old picture of different NHL hockey players hanging on the walls fact from my last sit in visit. There is so much to choose from their menu.. you'll notice from the picture. Price is Amazing. Feed 2 people each a plater for under $20... where can you do that.. au Double D.. plus you can grab a ice cream, frozen yogurt, Sundays, milkshakes down to a good old twist vanilla and chocolate icecream .. again lots to choose from at great prices. We will be stopping by again this summer. Wishing you a very prosperous year.

Fun diner vibe with great food. Best club sandwich I've had in a long time.

It's a nice family friendly restaurant home owned. I ordered a smoothie my dad a milkshake both were awful! My smoothie was basically yogurt blended with milk. My dad's milkshake was basically strawberry milk. The main courses were good, except they don't use cheese curds for their poutine. Staff is great but a few menu items could use some work

Burgers are sooooo good! Like, the best you can get, by far. The Double D burger is incredible, but the cheeseburger platter is a great cheap lunch option. Fries are maybe the best I've had around here too. Prices are just right. I love Double D! A must-visit if you're visiting Caraquet.

While my wife ordered soft ice cream and was pleased with hers, l ordered hard ice cream chocolate which tasted awful as if it was unfrozen and frozen again...nMy wife brought the issue with the young male and female at the counter who acknowledged our complaint and continued on to other customers.nTo sum it up an outright lack of attention to service and their customer...
