Had my belongings here for 6 months. Everything was fine until is snowed bad a couple times. Snow blew into my unit (end of the row on the north end) from under the eve. My mattresses got wet as did some of my boxes. The owner claimed it never happened and said he had no other units with functioning doors/locks available. It was mid-winter so I had no choice but to stay and clean what I could. 
Other people had complaints as well but that's word of mouth. If you're trying to save money I'd recommend. Not if you care about your belongings however...
