Laughably bad customer service at this store if you go, you might end up with a funny story, shopping here felt like a comedy sketch. But after you start an order here you can modify it online the Sleep Country online chat people are much more friendly and helpful than the retail staff. That said, they did offer me a price on a bedframe that was better-than-online so that's one upside. I wouldn't recommend getting a mattress from this company at all, but if you choose to then I would go to a different branch than this one.
We were really impressed by the professionalism of the sales person we met, Sergiu. He did everything he could to make our experience nice and easy. We changed our mattress a few times and it was never a problem. Delivery and service was impeccable. They really have a system that works, everything was as promised, as scheduled and very good. Thank you for your patience, Sergiu.
The staff used to care about the customer, now... The staffs looked like they did not care. They were sick without mask while working. Didn't give sanitary cloths for mattress and pillow. Didn't greet us when we entered store and left alone for 20mins at the beginning. Horrible experience shopping at this Dormez Vous. Also, the mattress selection is much worst than other dormez vous. They focus heavily on Kingston
avoid their bloom mattresses scam mattress and the company all together. Not only did my mattress only inflate half way bloom mist but they promised a replacement and its days after the 'delivery date', no email, no notice, no call, no text. nothing. avoid these guys
We contacted Dormez Vous on Sherbrooke street and were very fortunate to talk with their associate Sergiu Suratel. His knowledge and professionalism on the phone inspired us to schedule a meeting with him at the store. Once there, He took the time to understand our needs and helped us sample numerous mattresses until we decided on a Tempur Luxe Breeze. The delivery and installation was scheduled & monitored by Sergiu and was performed professionally without a hitch. First rate all the way!!
Most importantly, I was able to lie down on a few mattresses to compare, and the knowlegeable sales person helped me choose one on sale. Great delivery system with live text updates; kudos to the two young men who carried my new mattress up four flights, no elevator!
I bought a mattress in Westmount. My 5 star review is for Madrick Gagne from the Lacadie Store #326, Westmount salespeople were ok, but Madrick was above the cut. When I called D-Vous with a problem, I did not leave a message and Madrick actually returned a missed call, when so often one has to wait a long time to even get a call back . Secondly, he "investigated" and solved my problem ASAP! This took some time on his part. What was the most special, was his uber friendly personality. My French is not good. I'm understandably sensitive these days because of our politics. He didn't care one bit. We had a great talk, problem solved and it was a pleasure. I recommend the Lacadie store #326.
I needed a new mattress on short notice and they delivered as promised and the mattress is excellent. They also had a good promotion.Their delivery men were polite, clean and very professional. This is the second time I buy a mattress from Dormez-vous both experiences have been great. I will use them again when needed. For this purchase , I dealt with the store in Westmount, over the phone . Considering this purchase was done during Covid and I could not check out the mattress in person, their guidance was spot on ! Bravo . Thank you , I'm sleeping very well !
Terrible service! Walked in during a weekday evening and was clear with the sales woman that I was starting to shop for a new mattress and wasn't ready to buy but would not waste too much of her time. I was instantly received with an eye roll and a snarky remark about not being ready to buy anything and why I wasn't there with my partner to make a selection. I asked simple questions and just wanted to know how to get started if I was looking for a certain type of mattress. She was not interested in helping me and that there were far too many choices and when I was ready to buy that I should then come back. I obviously left disappointed and a little insulted that I was not worth the time to be shown anything. Will obviously not be making my purchase there.
Dormez-vous company has the worst costumer service ever. Takes days to speak with a human on the phone to confirm an order. When order is confirmed not given delivery date. We called back, which took the whole day, was put on hold and then hung up on. Call back the next day, which took the whole day to get a hold of someone, spoke with someone who said they have someone call me back. Then woke up the next day with an email saying the order was canceled. Horrible waste of time, and effort!!!!!
