Building foundation still leaks after several failed attempts to repair. Steel floor supports rusting as result. It's been less than 365 days since grand opening. Horrible for honoring a warranty when it means they're on hook for thousands. ...update: building is now leak free, its not perfect but its far better than when the original review was wrote. The most critical issues have been resolved.
