Doorcare provided a very affordable home installation for me. I chose my new overhead door from their stock, which had some pretty good stuff in it. Both the cost of the door and installation were well within the budget I set for my replacement, and it does look great on my home.
They picked up the first time I called, and it took about 8 minutes of talking on the phone to get everything scheduled. They guy who showed up had been given enough information to start helping me immediately, so the repair itself also didn’t take very long.
Really impressed with their hustle on the final day of the overhead installation. Bad weather was coming in, and it took a lot work to get it ready before we were hit with any weather, but they did it, and didn’t charge me anything extra.
This is the company that I chose to come look at my garage door every year and tell me if it is safe for my children to play around. They have been very good at being able to answer all of my questions and show me how to follow proper safety procedures.
I have never been badly-treated by the people at the Doorcare in Richmond. I have called them out for several different problems, including some that were completely caused by me. They always help quickly and courteously.
Great prices on everything they did for me. They mounted the garage door that I’m using now, and they couldn’t have done a better job. I liked that it was also a lot cheaper than I was expecting for Richmond garage door repair.
Doorcare delivered and installed a new aluminum door for our Richmond home. I love how friendly their techs are, and they did a great job mounting and fitting the door perfectly. No noises, balance issues or anything from the moment they put it in.
The people that Doorcare sent over were very friendly, and they answered all the questions I had for them while they were doing the work on my garage door motor. It looked like a pretty tough job, but they obviously knew what they were doing because they had everything working pretty soon.Carry on guys!
Doorcare installed both my new overhead door and opener. I like the models I chose for both, and I can speak to them have a very good selection for those. I wish they had more accessories for garages. Nothing special about the installation or the cost.
