We just had a guy come to fix the garage door in our town house complex and he was incredibly rude and made us feel dumb .... I have never in my life experienced such disrespect. We are building a home and I WILL not be ever using them and I will never recommend them to anyone.

I’ve called them in for 4 different jobs over the last year, most of them for maintenance on our warehouse gates. Even when these jobs weren’t emergencies, they always showed up very quickly. We weren’t very close to their Vancouver location, so it means they’re making an effort to get there soon.

They came to fix our spring. After we called them, they were at our  garage door within an hour. And he fixed it within an hour! Thank you so much! You guys are awesome!

Doorcare placed a new custom door on the home we just recently finished in Burnaby. They recommended a great model that matches the look of our home well. They also kept everything within the budget and schedule we originally laid out.

This is a very reliable team that I am quick to recommend to other people who run high-traffic garages at night. I have never had trouble getting ahold of this team on the times I’ve called after midnight, and EVERY TIME they were ready to help me that night. They have always been happy to help.

Doorcare was a TON of help when I needed to have my entire garage door replaced. They were able to remove the original one for me, and they also came through to help me when getting the new one mounted was a little more work than I thought it would be. The new one was eventually installed by them and it is working flawlessly.

I have added Doorcare to the list of companies that I like to work with in Burnaby. I’ve only called them twice, but both times the people they sent out were very friendly and helpful. I also liked that they came out on the same day I called them in both instances.

Loved how I was treated by this team when I brought them in to fix some collision damage with my garage. I was surprised by how much they were able to do to restore the damage. I also liked that the price was very reasonable for the amount of work that they were doing. I’d call it cheap even for the two days of work they did.
