Absolutely terrible service. My family ownes a business and does millions of dollars of work with this firm each year for the past decade. My wife and I decided to have our personal taxes done their this year and it was an absolute disaster. The filed my wife's taxes wrong and not mine at all. We've been going back and fourth over the phone with them the past few months and have just been lied to and given the run around. Instead of fixing their mistake they made it worse and have cost us a great deal of money because of it. I'm over on the coast and went to the IRS HQ ad come to firm out our taxes had never even been submitted! I payed that woman $80 dollars 4x and now I have to pay $600 in added fees to file them. My family and I will be seeing this business and they have been reported to the BBB. If you live in the Okanogan County area do NOT give them your business. I don't for see these crooks being around much longer.
