Found hair in my chicken platter, this happened once back in 2020, and again now. Hair nets should be mandatory, absolutely disgusting.

Good chicken donair, it was very plump and tasty. All tasted fresh and the service was efficient. It's a decent place to stop for a quick take out meal.

Good chicken shawarmas and rice is nice. Falafel is quite tasty too. Too much sauces put on even when you say just a little. Overall friendly and great eatery to have around.

So I'm not saying this is a great donair shop due to bad food. It's a hit and miss kinda deal. Regardless, I've always found the customer service to be good, except for the other night. I walked in, no other customers there and I place my order with the nice lady working behind the counter. Next thing you know 2 other people walk in to pick up their pre-orders and I become the last thing on the employee's mind. I had to wait cuz one order wasn't completed and the other person's order was waiting to be picked up. All fine an dandy, but if I'm face to face and placed my order already, I expect to be the priority. Oh well, guess this place isn't real live customer friendly, hence the rating.

The worst chicken I've ever had in my life. Dry, Chewy, tasted like it was left out for days and then reheated.

Been a few time to this location and always had best donairs. The girl who was working last night was one of the best customer service people I’ve ever dealt with. Seen her a few times she makes the best donair everytime. I can simply say this place is awesome. And “sorry I didn’t catch her name”.

Excellent customer service, my best experience has been with Ranveer and Aman, amazing workers 10/10
