Warning! Do not go to this firm for a DUI. They will defend you on a minimal basis. Your license will be revoked even when it shouldn’t be. They are out there to make money for any city in McHenry County and for the court system.

I met Mr. Cohen through my job and right off the bat he is such a down to earth man. He has helped me out beyond what he is required to do as a lawyer. He is very easy to talk to and knows what he is doing when he is in the court room. Being as young as I am I was very nervous to have to go through any court cases but Mr. Cohen made sure I was completely informed and kept me up to date on every single thing that was going on with my cases. There is not one other person I would trust with any legal work. Mr. Cohen is an amazing lawyer.

Donahue & Walsh is not a traditional Law Firm. You bring the "CASH" and they will get you a Plea Bargain and some time in jail. They are not what you would call "diligent" by any means nor are they engaging Attorneys who will fight for you. These attorneys are fast talkers, hungry to make a sale much like a "used car salesmen".
