Excellent service, got oil change appointment on same day. And they found a squirrel nest in the cabin air box. My mechanic was Tommy, super nice. Guy in parts department was also extremely thoughtful. Check in gal walked out to my parked 5th wheel trailer parked outside to let know progress. You guys rock, thanks again.

Scheduled a hitch to be placed on my Subaru and paint scratches buffed. they said it'd be 1.5 hrs.this place is so unorganized. They didn't have the correct wiring to even do the hitch. No one called to tell me. I could have come back another day. the body shop never answered the phone. Apparently no one else can answer the phone. The manager for the paint and body work left at 2pm. Communication is totally absent. The Secretary did not know the details or told what was going on. She has the right to give out correct information. I wasted 4 hrs of my time. $38/hr. They owe me. $160 . I do not recommend this place.

When my check engine light came on during my cross country trip yesterday, I thought I'd be in for the usual "Don't worry your pretty little head about it" sort of attitude from the service department, but to my delight I was treated with nothing but respectful kindness by both Russ and Lou. Before long, I was back in my RV gratefully armed with the facts, fully aware how lucky I was to have found these gentlemen. I hope that their company's owner is aware of their value.

Terrible terrible terrible serves no clue what's going on in their different department and absolutely no truthful communication with their customers.the worst I'd give them no stars!!!
