We were seated quickly and order taken right away. Food was very good service was great but we felt rushed as our server asked us every 3 minutes if everything was good. Then he asked if we needed boxes and gave us our check.we we're there half hour forty minutes at the most. I would still recommend.
Went here for dinner on a weekday. Great service. Food comes out quick in a timely manner. Food was good, large portions. Our favorite was the DJ shrimp tacos.
We were just there this evening 2/23/2023 after a VERY long trip back from New Orleans canceled flight yesterday due to snow storm. We were tired, hungry, not dressed for winter...passing by on our final trek home. The staff at Don Julios was fantastic! They were quick, courteous, and made us feel at home. The food was wonderful as usual, and the kids loved being there. My husband accidentally left his hat in our booth, and a staff member ran it outside and flagged us down. Great service, great food, even better people!!
The food is always good, and service is quick. The parking at this location is a little sketchy, but it was winter time. I think it became a little more difficult, when they put the KFC in part of the parking lot. Parking: KFC messed up the parking situation, mainly in the winter time with trucks and trailers
Food was overall average, but the Azada steak fries were pretty good! Super quick service and a nice clean place. Would definitely stop back to try other stuffFood: 3/5
When this place opened years back, it was delicious with a great atmosphere and welcoming staff. Over the years though, this place has gone DOWN HILL. Their salsa taste like marinara or spaghetti sauce. We ordered the burrito verde there last time and the verde on top was quite gross, very dark, and didn't taste like verde salsa at all. We scraped it all off in order to enjoy our burritos, which weren't much better due to what seemed to be large canned tomatoes inside. Everytime I order a cocktail here its served different that pictured. On our last visit I ordered the strawberry pina colada and it came with whipped cream, though not advertised in the menu. I dont eat dairy, so it was a bit frustrating to not know what you are really going to get. In addition, the strawberry puree for this drink turned out to really be something reminiscent of Hershey's strawberry syrup. Their service is lacking too. I often feel like the servers are just trying to turn tables and get you out the door. They havent been rude to us, but I also would rarely describe most of them as friendly either. I've given this place multiple chances over the past year and unfortunately each time it's disappointment. There are MUCH MUCH better Mexican restaurants to go to, like Chapala in Cambridge or Fiesta Cancun in Rush City that wont dissapoint like we so often are at Don Julio's. Perhaps their other locations are better but if you want good Mexican food and a friendly environment, avoid this place.
Food was ok at best, small portions. I also received the slowest and poorest service of any restaurant I've been to. I will not be back to this location. Vegetarian options: The mushroom casadilla was disgusting.

Delicous, fresh hot food, quick service and ice cold drinks, never a complaint! Stopped in on the way home from the cabin and love the consistent experience no matter which location I end up going to. Thank you, I will be back!
