Don’t know if they are competent but based on our initial conversation, I wouldn’t give them a contract. The guy was rude, blunt, overly abrupt, didn’t listen. He gave me 3 different prices for the same job while we discussed. I tried to clarify and ask questions to see where the difference lied, but was shoved off when it was clear he didn’t want to «  play customer service ». And I am not a client yet. Just imagine if you give them the contract and want to know what’s going on, or even if you are unhappy with the job...nnCan’t believe these guys are still in business with the way they treat potential customers...nn*update after owner's answer: I unfortunately can't say more than what I have since I did not take the time to note his name. I was at your store. Guy around fifty. I would suggest sending a few mistery shopper with simple service requests. I am all for improvement, but when you are a small company, how can you not know?
