Domino's Pizza

Burnt pizza, missing extra cheese. Parts of the pizza were black. Would not give refund for just the pizza only offered to remake. Not the customer service guy's fault, but disappointed.

I have quite a bit to say and I am extremely disappointed. My sister and I ordered two pizzas both of which were cold when we received them. 1. It took an hour and twenty minutes to receive our order but we waited patiently. The delivery was quick and he was extremely polite. 2. Upon examination we had ordered 2 drinks but had only received one total, the pizza was over cooked, and they made the pizza wrong. 3. We called them back to see what could be done about our order and was met with ride customer service. For $40.00 worth of food we are very disappointed and will not be eating from here again.

Domino's is usually where we order pizzas for parties/special occasions. However, the last three times we were highly disappointed. The first instance, of the several pizzas we ordered TWO were missing CHEESE. The second instance, we were given the wrong pizzas. Now, this last instance, we paid for extra cheese on three of the pizzas and there was hardly any cheese at all! This is extremely frustrating when they're sometimes for kids that are picky eaters! Family thinks in the future we should just boycott Domino's altogether. I'm willing to give them one final chance considering how sweet the counter boy was this last time. Not responsible for the pizza issues-- it was a latina girl in the kitchen putting them together I'm hoping we can be contacted to have these issues resurrected. Otherwise, we will just order Polito's.

Ordered the garlic bread twists and got the Parmesan bread twists delivered to me instead. This has happened plenty of times. I got tired of this happening, so I ordered for pick up and went to check it in person before driving off. It was parmesan again. I asked them if they could make me the garlic bread twist and they said that “the garlic bread twist and the parmesan were the same.” This was confusing because in the app and the website they are listed separately. I eventually told them to just make me the Parmesan bread twists without any parmesan on it. Maybe they are the same items. If that’s case, I apologize for the bad review. However, if I am correct in them being two separate items. They need to train their workers to understand their menu better. We have had the correct garlic bread twists delivered to us from them before without any issues and the delivery drivers are usually really nice. But recently, the bread twists have been an issue. It’s a shame, I like dominos but now I’m avoiding ordering just because I don’t want to deal with them getting my order wrong anymore.

This is the best fastest most enjoyable pizza in town!

One of the best pizza eat outs I've had, never used to be a huge fan of Domino's but that might change after moving here. Perhaps the biggest determiner of pizza enjoyment for me is how fresh everything is, and even though we ordered breadsticks, lava cakes, and a pizza everything was piping hot and very, very fresh. Whoever made our food for order #536 on 11/9 nailed it! Thought it was just a one time stop to use a good coupon deal, but we'll be back!

Love there pizza, pasta and well wings? Yea I said wings! It may be domino's pizza but hey they got more then pizza they even got wings and they are pretty good if you havnt had em before give em a try!

My food is typically good from here, however, the app tells me when when my pizza gets taken out of the oven and there have been multiple occasions where I've waited 1hr+ after it got out. Nobody likes lukewarm pizza. The delivery drivers also don't follow instructions sometimes, depends who. They once just left the pizza at my door, no notification or anything. Since I typically wait a long time for my pizza I didn't think much of it. After about two hours of waiting and no update, I went outside to discover my pizza covered in ants. I Do not recommend this place unless you are going in person to get your pizza. At that point just go to little Caesars, it's much cheaper.

We stopped ordering from this store for over a year after they got our order wrong six times in a row. The fifth time we finally called and complained, they said they'd send coupons, never did. The sixth time we called and asked for it to be remade, and denied the coupon because they never sent it last time. They said they'd send out the correct order on their next delivery. It never came. Decided to give them another chance. Orders have been correct, but they forgot our drinks. No big deal, we call and let them know. Guy was super annoyed we would just take a coupon, and then told us it would be a 30-40 minute wait.

This Dominoes is hit or miss. Sometimes get great service and great food, sometimes mediocre. Love the sauce and toppings options though and it's usually quick to get, less than 20 min for carryout.
