The food is always hot and fresh but the customer service is lacking when you use the app they don’t always pay attention and 15-20 minutes turns into a 45 minutes wait when you arrive at the store because there are orders in front of you since they didn’t pay attention

Owner is rude, blames any issues that her staff make on the customer. Who knew it was my fault your team cant make what I ordered correctly.
