My first time trying this Domino's and it was a smooth and efficient experience! The pizza was excellent quality at a reasonable price, as well. I called to place an order ahead and the gentleman on the phone was polite and courteous and took the time to explain a few things. When I got there, you could tell they were really busy - and despite this, I got my pizza almost immediately and with polite service. Definitely will go back!

Made a pizza with onions instead of olives when I went back the clerk's response was to pick each piece of onion off until I insisted on a new pizza. No discount or refund for my wasted time and the pizza they replaced it with was the most rushed job I've ever seen

I was quite dissatisfied with the awful tasting fettuccine Alfredo. As a beloved customer of sarnia Ontario I am not regretful to say I will not be ordering from this location or all of Niagara that associates with Dominos Pizza.

I've been ordering from this place since early June 2017 and I've had maybe 3 experiences that weren't so pleasing being that the pizzas took more than an hour and a half to have delivered after being ordered. just today I ordered a pizza and it arrives with 3 strands of hair all over it. I called to complain and a very rude and non helpful employee picked up. I complained about what happened and it seemed as if there was absolutely no initiative to help or accommodate. I instead was asked "ok so what do you want me to do about it?". im done ordering from this place. even with my loyalty of ordering close to 6 pizzas a month for almost 7 months they decided to blow me off and lose another customer that easily. very disappointed.

Ordered a pizza at 6:40 o'clock At 7:40 the online tracker had shown the "perfection check" was carried out an hour prior, but with no delivery sent out After calling, I was put on hold, then told to wait an additional 20 minutes for the order to get sent out, and to be sure the pizza wouldn't be cold. 25 minutes later, called back to see the status of the delivery, and it was met with "it'll be more time" I was forced to cancel the order, as 1h40 for a pizza is unacceptable by the high standard I've come to expect from Domino's. What a shame that experience was.
