Domino's Pizza

They close at 2am, it's is only 1:23am they say "we only take walk-in orders." I want to order my food pick it up and leave. I don't want to come order food, wait 20 minutes then leave. You call in an order so you don't have to wait. You guys have to do better!

Multiple times I have placed an order online, received a quote that my order would be delivered within a specific amount of time, however, the actual delivery turned out to be almost 2 1/2 times longer (i.e. 30 minute quoted delivery, received almost 2 hours later). Called the location, and kept getting told it was on the way. Even the website that shows the progress of the order claimed it was on it's way an hour before it actually was. You would think that they would at least try to offer some form of dispensation for waiting so long. I understand being busy but not to the point where timings are so understated and service is rude.

They regularly take more than an hour to deliver. In some cases longer than two hours. They have forgotten parts of the order (a pizza and/or drinks) multiple times. I only continue to order from this location because it is the only one that delivers to my house and my family likes the food.

Placed online order at 12:20. Website says open until 1AM. I recieved a call 10 minutes later by an employee who said that they didn't have enough drivers and they had to cancel my order and I was placed on hold. A different employee came back on the line and asked me if I was sure that I wanted to cancel my order. I told them I did not wish to cancel but that it was they who had cancelled and they told me I could come pick it up even though I had already paid in full online including a delivery charge. A pizza takes 15 minutes to make. If you can't deliver 40 minutes prior to close, don't advertise that you can.

I've never been to this Domino's before -- I was house sitting in a nearby neighborhood. Also, I was a Domino's employee when I was in high school. Walking into the Domino's for my carry out the look of the place is kind of worrisome. It's a narrow inside with bullet resistant glass which can seem kind of intimidating if you're not used to that kind of interior. But the folks here were really welcoming! They greeted me as soon as I came in, joked with me about my free pizza (loyalty points yo), and wished me a good day. I ordered the food, drove 5 minutes to the location to pick it up and it was done when I got there. I got the food home and it was hot and looked delicious! Melty gooey extra cheese and slightly crunchy pepperoni -- it was exactly what I was looking for. The difference in the google ratings between my experience and the experiences of others might be the difference between carry-out and delivery for this store. If you go in for carry out, folks are friendly and the food is perfectly cooked.
