I’ve never had an issue with the food from this location. 500 country hills Blvd. Always been good. So this review is not a reflection on the food.nWhat I do have an issue with is your delivery driver in the dark blue/purple 4 door Mazda 6 sedan.nOn three separate occasions I’ve witnessed aggressive and poor driving from this individual. He tailgates people all the time. Goes 70kph in 50kph zones. Coventry hills Blvd. This evening I witnessed him again tailgating and driving 40-50kph in the play ground zone next to nose creek school. 6:20pm 29/01/25nI live in the community of Coventry hills. So I see this driver frequently. He's easy to spot with the illuminated dominoes pizza sign on the roof of his car! So clearly not very smart either! I think you guys need a new driver before this one causes an accident.
Delicious- hassle free pizza night. The service was quick and efficient. Koodos to the staff!
I got take away pizzas and ordered them online using points. Staff was friendly and pizza was ready for my pick up time. Location was clean and warm, although I didn't stay there to eat, there were a few tables. Parking is close by, making this a convenient location to pick up at.
Worst customer experience I ever had. My 5th time ordering pasta from them, I alway mention extra sauce in the pasta. They ll never follow the instructions through making the food. It's always delivered dry with to no sauce in it.nToday again same happened and Employee Rachel, she took out my pasta from the oven and open the alfredo sauce bag and dumped sauce in it infront of me. Woww, instead of making brand new pasta.nVegetables was burnt coz it was put again in the oven after adding sauce. My pasta taste like I am eating raw alfredo sauce.nI wasted another 18.00 expecting they ll work on the mistake they always make.nI ll prefer driving extra kms from next time than ordering from themnnI DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.nWORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD.
Ordered on 9/14/2024 at around 5PM. Giving 3 stars as the staff are always nice/friendly and the food given the condition - see below was good.nnWhere my experience slipped was the quality of the service. I ordered online and waited 30 minutes before going to the store for pickup. At arrival they told me it’d take a bit longer no specific time frame provided so I waited around for another 25 minutes before asking again if it was ready, which it was done for likely a while up until that point as the pizza’s weren’t hot anymore - but i wasn’t notified earlier and my name wasn’t on the TV screen. Normally they would call your name when it’s done if you’ve already come to the counter before. I would normally be accepting of this if it was super busy I’ve worked customer-oriented jobs so I’m empathetic to this, but the foot traffic was probably around 5-7 people in the 30 minutes i sat there and 3/6 people behind the till were standing around and we’re just chatting without really doing anything. Didn’t seem like they were overwhelmed by any means.nnI live 5 minutes away from this location and this was the first time ordering here where I had to reheat the food at home. I’ll give this location a second chance but if things don’t improve will have to go elsewhere.
